Pneumatic/Manual Sanitary Ball Valves
Valworx Pneumatic/Manual combination sanitary ball valves are typically used for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, personal care and pet care applications where sanitary construction is required, as well as for utility, process and corrosive environment applications where quick clamp applications are needed. Highly polished internals (8- 12 Ra finish) and Dyneon® PTFE cavity-filled ball seats are standard.
Pneumatic/Manual combo actuators have integral manual override for pneumatic or manual operation.
Spring return pneumatic/manual actuators use air pressure to open the valve and springs (failsafe) to close the valve. Double acting pneumatic/manual actuators use air pressure to open the valve and air pressure to close the valve. Both types may be operated manually as well. Stroke limit function allows easy setting of limit open and limit close operation.
Rugged, hard-anodized aluminum construction with spring return or double acting options. Rack & pinion design. Sanitary construction with tri-clamp connections and Viton seals. Available in 1/2" to 4".
Note: Tri-Clamp size is NOT determined by the OD of the end cap. Refer to chart below for Tri-Clamp size.
