Valworx air actuated 3-way T-port PVC ball valves are used to control the flow of water and other compatible liquid media (not suitable for compressed air or gas). PVC T-port ball valves are typically used as a diverter valve. Ideal where NSF certified construction is required for potable drinking water as well as other industrial applications. Spring return actuators use an air pressure signal (58-87 PSI) to open and springs to close the valve. The valve will return to the fail-safe position upon loss of air signal. Double acting actuators use air to open and air to close the valve. Actuator is equipped with the standard ISO5211 / NAMUR interface for mounting optional direct mount solenoid valve and other accessories. These actuated ball valves can be mounted in any orientation.
