Electric actuated ball valves use a motor driven electric actuator to rotate the ball valve 90° to change the flow pattern. Motorized ball valves are a reliable and economical automated valve solution. Available in stainless steel, brass, and PVC, these 2-way and 3-way actuated valves are widely used for valve automation.
Air actuated ball valves use a spring return or double acting air actuator to rotate a quarter turn valve to change the flow configuration. These pneumatic actuated valves are available in brass, stainless steel, and pvc. 2-way and 3-way air actuated valves are typically used for fast acting, fail safe spring return, and heavy duty service.
Manual ball valves are a proven, low cost solution for many flow control applications. Moving the lever 90° rotates the ball to open and close the flow passage. 2-way full port ball valves are typically used as on/off shut off valves. 3-way ball valves with L or T ports can be used for diverting, selecting, and mixing applications.
Electric actuated butterfly valves provide a reliable and economical method of controlling on-off or modulating flow in a pipe line. The motor driven electric actuator rotates the valve disc 90° to open or close the flow passage. Motorized butterfly valves are low cost flow control solutions for larger pipe sizes.
Rack and pinion quarter turn air actuators provide a simple and reliable actuation method for automated butterfly valves. Spring return pneumatic actuators use air pressure to open and springs to close the valve (failsafe). Double acting air actuators use air to open and air to close the valve.
Butterfly valves are used to control flow in a pipe line. Mounting between two pipe flanges allows for easy installation and maintenance. The 10-position locking hand lever rotates the disc within the valve body 90° to open or close the flow passage.
Valworx electric actuators use a motor driven gear box to rotate an output drive to open and close quarter turn valves. Pneumatic actuators can provide a simple & reliable method of valve actuation with faster cycle times and the option for failsafe spring return. Electric and air actuators have included or optional limit switches, valve positioners, and many other accessories to complete the actuated valve assembly.
