Inside Sales Representative
Responsibilities
Our Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in the continued growth and success of the company. The successful candidate will track and manage customer leads and quotes in the company CRM system, provide product and service support to customers and prospects, and assist sales, production, and warehouse employees as needed to ensure outstanding customer service and support.
A stable work history, references, an excellent work ethic and cultural fit are of primary importance. Industry experience is preferred but not required. We will provide extensive training and hands-on experience. We are looking for candidates who are willing to learn and are interested in a stable, rewarding career within a prosperous, small-company environment.
Position Requirements:
• College Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
• 3+ years' relevant experience. Industry-specific experience preferred but not necessary
• Information technology experience to include MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, G-Suite
• CRM experience preferred
• Proof of Covid 19 Vaccination required

Valve Assembly Technician
Responsibilities
Direct experience in valve assembly not required; will train. Stable work history, references, an excellent work ethic and cultural fit are of primary importance. We are looking for candidates who are interested in a stable, rewarding career within a prosperous, small-company environment.
Build, test, pack and ship Actuated Valve assemblies and other Valworx products to meet customer demand. Receive supplier shipments, operate forklift, and stock Warehouse with production parts and components. Pull products to build Valve assemblies. Complete other support functions as needed.
Position Requirements:
• High School Graduate, Technical School Graduate a plus
• Stable job history
• The ability to lift 50lbs
• Background check required for employment
• Proof of Covid 19 Vaccination required for interview and employment
