60 Day Money-Back Returns
We offer a 60 day money-back period on most products. A restocking charge may apply. Returns for credit consideration should be like-new in the original packaging. Special order, non-stock, modified, assembled, and used items may not be returnable or may be subject to the manufacturer's restocking and/or warranty policy. All returns for credit consideration must be within 60 days of shipment of the original order.

Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel an order please contact Customer Service to submit your request. An order cancellation charge may apply to some products or orders.

Shipping Errors or Damage
If there is any product damage or error with your order please contact Customer Service for immediate assistance.

Guidelines for Returning Products
Contact Customer Service for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to any returns. Please note that we cannot accept products purchased from any third party. Please contact the party from whom you purchased when seeking potential replacement, repair or credit. Customers are responsible for freight charges when returning product. International (outside the US) customers are responsible for shipping, duty, and tariffs for all returns.

60 Day Money-Back Returns
1. Please include the RMA number on your return paperwork or on the outside of the shipping box.
2. Do not mark or write on the original product boxes.
3. Products must be returned in the original packaging in like-new condition including all parts and documentation.
4. Pack the shipment carefully to avoid damage during shipment.
5. Returns are for credit consideration only. A RMA number does not guarantee a credit or replacement. Following inspection and within 10 days of receipt we will issue a credit or contact you for disposition of the product.
6. Restocking charges of 15-25% apply to most orders. Special order, non-stock, modified, assembled, large quantity, and used items may not be returnable or may be subject to the manufacturer’s return or warranty policy.
Warranty Returns / Repairs
1. Please include the RMA number on your return paperwork or on the outside of the shipping box.
2. If date codes and/or serial number labels have been defaced or altered, or the product has been modified in any way, the warranty will be void. No exceptions.
3. Please note failure symptoms or product faults on your return paperwork for evaluation purposes.
4. Please clean the product of any process media or residue prior to return. Ball valves may have trapped fluid in the ball cavity that should be drained prior to return. Enclose a Material Safety Data Sheet if needed. We do not accept returns for any products containing or exposed to any kind of hazardous or toxic media.
5. Pack the shipment carefully to avoid damage during shipment.
6. Returns are for warranty consideration only. A RMA number does not guarantee warranty repair or replacement. Following inspection and within 10 days of receipt we will issue a Corrective Action Report to advise our findings and disposition of the returned product.
