Sales Tax, Tariff and Duty
Valworx is located in the state of North Carolina and is obligated to charge sales tax for delivery within North Carolina. Sales tax rates vary by county. North Carolina tax-exempt customers shall provide a valid tax exemption certificate. We do not add or collect sales tax for states other than North Carolina. It is the customer's responsibility to pay appropriate tax to your state when necessary. International customers are responsible for any duty, tax, or tariff imposed by the destination country.

Sales Tax
We charge sales tax if the point of use (usually the shipping address) is in North Carolina.
Credit Terms
We extend 30 day payment terms to creditworthy customers for orders over $1000. For orders less than $1000 we require payment by credit card or pre-payment by wire or check. The amount of credit extended is in Valworx' sole discretion and we reserve the right to change it at any time.
