PVC diaphragm valves provide an economical and reliable method of controlling On/Off flow in a pipe line. Diaphragm valves have linear flow characteristics, making them an excellent choice for modulating flow. PVC diaphragm valves are lightweight and highly corrosion and chemical resistant. Valworx PVC diaphragm valves come with with threaded (NPT) or socket (IPS) end connections.
Air actuated PVC diaphragm valves use air pressure to open the valve and springs or pistons to close. The valve is in a normally closed (NC) position. Air actuated diaphragm valves provide an economical and reliable method of controlling On/Off flow in a pipe line, and are usually controlled by a 3/2 pilot solenoid valve which is installed separately.
